Description
Leonard Mock had been wanted for selling shares in a dummy corporation that was suppose to build a theme park outside Bayport. When he was to be arrested he also shot and killed Officer Riley's original partner. He was sentenced to life in prison, but was released shortly before the events of Casefile #39 because he had terminal cancer. Leonard Mock eventually died from cancer while in Bayport General Hospital.

Leonard Mock is dying of cancer and his appearance shows as much. He is as tall as Joe, but skinny, maybe 135 pounds at most. He has small red sores on his yellow-white skin which is pulled tight against his skull and cheekbones. His light-blue eyes appear to be covered with a milky substance
