That is a real mystery! Is the cabin also really an island or is the island also really a cabin?

At least the one on the left is dressed for the real Cabin Island

The same outfit also did covers with similar accuracy for The Secret of the Old Mill (showing a windmill) and House on the Cliff.

90 percent of the Public domain Hardy Boys books have AI made covers. There was some really bad ones for the House on a Cliff and the Missing Chums I vaguely remember.

At least the cover isn't pixelated like I've seen some Tom Swift Sr. Public Domain covers where the grabbed like a 90x50 picture of the G&D cover from some website and then blew it up to use on the book cover.
