House Arrest (http://www.hardyboyscasefiles.com/index.php?nav=atac&sub=mi&book=023) vs. Running on Fumes (http://www.hardyboyscasefiles.com/index.php?nav=atac&sub=mi&book=002)
Voting ends in seven days. Happy voting.
Yeah! I get the first vote! :P ;)
I went with RoF.
You did get the first vote!
I went with ''Running on Fumes'' as well. When it was published I still had hope for the series.

I guess you and I had the same hopes back then. So I had to go with RoF.

Yeah, for me probably my favorite UB would be
Wanted, which, technically, is not even part of the main series. And to go even further,
The Ocean Of Osyria would probably be my most favorite of the regular novels and graphic novels in the Undercover Brothers Universe.
Running on Fumes! RoF wins!
I thought Running on Fumes was terrible, House Arrest wasn't a whole lot better, but that's what I picked.
Oh man...this is bad. Okay, I'll go with RoF even though I was annoyed by the constant stuff about the environment. Duh, I know that's the whole point but it was annoying. And I do care about the environment, so you can see how bad that was :-\

I remember that back in April of 2005, when I was reading the 4 breeders, I found
Running On Fumes and
Thrill Ride to be the worst of the four.
I'd have to agree.
RoF stinks yet everybody voted for it?!!

Q, you're missing the point. Most of us don't like the
entire UB series...we're just picking the best one out of the 2 sucky books in this poll.
So what is the reason why you don't like HA? You're spending more of your time putting down your favorite of the two.
House arrest! Running on Fumes was the worst!
I chose Running on Fumes only because House Arrest by itself wouldn't stand up to it. But i liked the trilogy as a whole. If read all together the story is really good.

I must say that I have to ask: "What trilogy?" I felt like I was rereading the exact same book three times in a row!
Yeah, the first two books were exactly the same, and the third one wasn't much different, either. Talk about a slow moving plot.
I liked it but i have to admit the last book was alot better than the first two.
Voting ends tonight, so if you haven't cast your vote, this is your last chance. Not that there's really any point, unless eight people gang-up.
ROF wins
Running on Fumes was awful! I can't believe any of you actually voted for it! :P :P :P :P :P!
''Running on Fumes'' is the first book in the 2009 Favorite Undercover Brothers Poll to make it to the second round.

No. I just collect the books so that I can, eventually, have a complete Hardy Boys collection.
Every fan's dream.

I'm afraid you're wrong about that FJATAC, it's 1000 B.C.
Oh, you are right! My calendar was sooo out of date!
Thanks Sam!
All of you are wrong! It's 1894! ::)

What? It's 2008. Did you seriously think it was 09?
Wait it's 1985 and I'm whearing a puffy orange vest and driving a Delorian. ;)
Yeah, it is the 80's. Everyone here has an afro, and a disco ball in their living room.

Afro's and disco balls were in in the 70's.
Same thing. I wouldn't know. I wasn't alive yet. Well, everyone has peace necklaces.
I think the peace sign is a broken cross. Just look at it.
That's what I've heard, anyways.
But why would the peace sign be a broken cross? that would be more like a controversy sign....
I don't know. Didn't it come with the hippies? They don't really believe in God, do they? *shrugs*
Maybe it's just a coincidence.
Hmm.... Well, whatever.

The peace sing is the letters N and D, from that weird flag ship language thing, overlaied with a circle around it. It stands for Nucular... something, any way its antinucular.
Okay. From I'm reading, it seems to mean different things to different people.
For more info on the peace sign and how it seems to go against Christianity, see here (http://www.crcbermuda.com/reference/signs-and-symbols/1254-peace-sign)
No more being a hippie for Halloween!
Yeah. I sort of heard about the meaning behind the peace sign, but looking at that link I had no idea that the peace sign with your hand/fingers is bad too :-\
Someone should warn Miley Cyrus (she is always photographed like that by the paparazzi).
Anyways, I?m glad you?re taking it seriously. Sometimes when I see something in a store that I like and then there?s a small pattern of that sign I have to refrain.
What's that saying? That the devil comes disguised as the angel of light or something. And remember the Garden of Eden, people...he was in a different form.
So, what's wrong with the V sign exactly? The Devil likes it?
Pretty much.
The explanation is just a paragraph with a quote on the linked site.
Undercover Brothers to the devil. Man we get off topic!

No, It's 2012, and the world will end, saving us the horror of more UBs. ::)
