In my opinion, I would be pretty sad if the UB series ended. But I wouldn't be sad if they ended the Trilogys or the went back to the old cover art. What do you think?

JoeHardyRocks

I hope they don't end the series...

Rolling his eyes, Joe sat on the window sill and started sawing.
"Thank you, Joe."
"You're welcome, Martha Stewart."

I hope they put a quick end to this pathetic excuse for a Hardy Boys series.  The UB series feels like a person in their death throes.
VHS, S-VHS, Super Betamax, Mini DV, MicroMV, Betacam SP, U-Matic SP - NTSC/PAL/SECAM.  All transferred to DVD!

Well, have you read any of the good ones? Because if you just read 'Burned' or something, I would see why you hate this series, but if you read one of the better ones, like 'Wanted' then you might think they were better. :D

''Wanted'' is just one out of 25 - not good odds!

And it's not just the stories themselves, it's also the lack of continuity that makes this a bad series!

JoeHardyRocks

Well, then which ones have you read? extreme danger was good, muder at the mall was good, death and diamonds was good top ten ways to die was good and a lot of other ones were good!

I've read all 23, plus the two Super Mysteries - some are okay, most are bad, and only ''Wanted'' is even close to how good other HB books are!

JoeHardyRocks

Have you read the trilogys?

Um, *sigh* yes I have, what do you think I mean when I say all 23?

JoeHardyRocks

:(Well, not all of them were bad! Threr were some good ones! like 4 out of 5 were good ones!!!

In your opinion! In mine, one out of ten, at the very most!

JoeHardyRocks

My opinion and about 99% of Mr. Pizza's Forum, oh yeah and probably every book critic in the world (those who have even bothered with them). But what do we know...

JoeHardyRocks

I think it is just the age group. people who are older than14 probably all hate them as much as you do!

Yeah, I liked them at first, but as the continuity problems have got worse and worse, I've started to dislike them more and more.

Basically the only reason I read them is because they're the current Hardy Boys series. Also I keep hoping they will get better...
