You forgot quite a few. I voted for all the options.
I went with all of them.
BTW, by HB/ND, I meant the old series, and by "other" I meant Digests.
You also forgot the Hardy Boys/Tom Swift Ultra Thrillers along with the Super Sleuths series, Be A Detective, Campfire Stories, The Hardy Boys Handbook... So I had to go with all 6 options.
And I forgot UB's. :(
