Well, you still are way less shy about it than I am. And being on ff.net is more "worldly" too. Do you ever look to see where people are from that are reading your story? It's really cool to see.

Due to real life, Ambulance Detectives has been pulled from ff.net. I wasn't sure what to do with it and I kind of lost interest in it for now.
Aw- too bad... but I know how real life gets in the way of more important things- lol. :)
Well, put it aside for a while and maybe you'll come back to it later when you have more time and are more interested. I've had a number of writing projects like that where I've started on them and then had to set them aside for a while before coming back to them to finish them. (And some have been lingering for years...sadly enough.)

Torchwood story up and that's what I'm into right now. 8)
It's too bad about Ambulance Detectives, I read the first chapter, and it was really good.
I have a story on fanfiction.net, me and another friend wrote it. It's a crossover betweeen Metroid and Jurrassic Park, and has mutated dinosaurs in it:

I started writing parts of the story in Chapter 7, and then I wrote another part in Chapter 8. I also wrote all of Chapter 10, and much of Chapter 11. I also wrote some of Chapter 12. The story will be around 50 chapters long and will be the first in a trilogy.

We can't control what people think or how they read into things. Making M helps you too...in case things do get more involved or something does come up. Write it for yourself and go from there.

I wish FF.net had a rating that was in between T and M. I will make it M rated, but I don't like putting my story with all the porn filled ones that have that rating. When mine isn't that at all.
Well, T and M are like the movie's PG-13 and R ratings. I'm not sure where you can really go between that....
(Of course, the movies didn't even have a PG-13 rating until 1984 with the arrival of two famous movies from one famous director. Anyone know what I'm talking about here? ;))

Not on FF.net, I know you can't. I know in my Torchwood story, I can't go lower due to the subject matter.

Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom- both from director Steven Spielberg- both helped bring about the creation of the PG-13 rating. Just the little bit of trivia I know about that mainly from being a fan of Indiana Jones. Anyone know the first PG-13 rated movie? :)

I don't think the M rating always has to necessarily mean porn. But if that's more where the story falls, then you should rate it as honestly as possible.

Yes, that's what I mean. I did read that, too. There's slash in T rating too. And they don't do MA but it seems like fanfic authors do it anyway.
Right, I know I said Ambulance Detectives would be returning, but the truth is I've lost interest in it. :( It don't fit my writing style anymore now that I'm doing Torchwood and House, M.D. If anyone's up on House, I need someone to bounce ideas off with. If anyone is willing to help me, just send me a PM. 8)
It's hard to write a story and post it while you're not finished with it. Good luck though. And I hope you figured out the rating issue.

I won't post it back up until I have it completed. The rating issue is so hard to figure out. I don't think it's high enough for M rating. :-\
