Would you ghost write for the series if you could?
Option 1: Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!
Option 2: Maybe.
Option 3: No.
Option 4: I don't know...
Option 5: Oher? Please comment.
If you were able to ghostwrite for any of the Hardy Boys series, whether they are currently worked on or not(yes, that means bluespines, casefiles) It doesn't matter how good of a writer you are, you were asked to go join the ghostwriting team. What would you say?
I would personally be honored. ;D
Writing is one of my favorites, so it would be fun for me.
I'd say that's be totally awesome! I would love to write for The Hardy Boys if I had the chance! Considering it's one of my favorite book series ever and it is such a great series to write for with such wonderful, virtuous role models- definitely. Frank and Joe rule! :) 8)
I would totally ghost write for them problem is i'm not much of a writer. :-[
The Question is : WHY WOULDN'T YOU!?!??! :D

I'd love to but there would be a good amount of pressure. Big shoes to fill! :)
Yeah, I would. I think I could do better than the current UB ghosters. But don't we all!

I know! I would love it so much, I seriously wouldn't care that my name isn't in the book :)
You can ask Larry Mike Garmon. He wrote several Casefiles books. You can even find him on Facebook. He'd know all about ghostwriting for the Hardy Boys. :)
I found something random on my computer from like three years ago. I guess I was bored one day and attempted a fanfic or a parody fanfic of the UBs. If I work up the nerve, I'll post some of it here LOL.

That's cool.
Olivia,
I've written 2 long chapter fanfics and 1 one-shot. :)
Maybe you've mentioned it before, but is it posted anywhere? :)
No I haven't mentioned where....but yes....it is somewhere in the universe. lol For some reason I get shy about it.
Sure, I understand :)
I would love to. There's so much I could do! ;D 8) Is there a place to post fanfiction about the Hardys here? ???
I'm not sure, I'll have to look.... But you could make a topic if you want. Do you write Hardy Boys fanfiction? :)

Yeah. I got one in the works. :) 8) I really don't want to use fanfiction.net because they have a M section and I have a thing about posting something about the Hardys on a site that someone can have story about them with a rating as high as that! >:(
Try the Hardy Detective Agency (http://www.hardydetectiveagency.com).

I'm not a member of their forums. I don't think they'll accept my work, will they? Everyone on there seems to be writing for a long time. (And seems really good compared to what I'm able to pull off.) I also heard that they won't accept just any Hardy Boys story. Is that true?
Well, they do have guidelines. Read those than e-mail them your story. It's worth a shot.

Do I have to be on their forum, like I am here?
No. Just send them a email. The instructions are on the site.

I'll have to give it a try. :-\
Sometimes the M rating is for strong language too. You don't have to read things or post something with a M rating. You can filter what you read.
HDA does have stricter guidelines to prevent certain subjects or topics from popping up on their site. You can submit work even if you're not a member on their forum. You can be a member of the forum but not submit any work. Just follow their guidelines and go from there. You do have to have at least 8 chapters of your story or a complete story before submitting it. Keep that in mind.
Or you can submit a short story.
Short stories are fine too. I've done a one-shot...but they need a good portion or all of your story before accepting it or denying it.
