You got it right.

The Hai Hau, while it was owned by the Hardys it was not singularly owned by them. It was also owned by the Hardys friends. So the boats that I was going after were the Sleuth and their ice boat, the Sea Gull.

Tony's boat is the Napoli, yes. Biff's family also owns a motorboat, named the Envoy.
