I remember knowing who the bad guy was in Boardwalk Bust right away (not that that's bad necessarily, it happens with a lot of other books, but whatev). Plus it was kind of a weird story from what I remember.

I barely remember anything from it too - I'm really drawing a blank. I think I know snippets/details but they could be mixed up from other books.

I generally know which books I like and usually remember just enough detail from each book in the series. But in this case...
