I went for Tom, although you should've included the different Tom's, since the Tom from the Tom Swift Sr. series is the dad to the Tom from the Tom Swift Jr. Series.  The Tom from the Wanderer series is possible a great-great-great-great-grandson of the original Tom.  Tom from the Archway series has no connection.  Tom from TSYI also has no connection to the other Tom's.
VHS, S-VHS, Super Betamax, Mini DV, MicroMV, Betacam SP, U-Matic SP - NTSC/PAL/SECAM.  All transferred to DVD!
