I mentioned a few years back in a topic that Evil in Amsterdam was co-written by a Hardy Boys author and a Nancy Drew Author. (Source here: https://books.google.ca/books?id=WB5CnCXNcmAC&pg=PA75&redir_esc=y#v=onepage&q&f=false) Well, I now have the name of the Nancy Drew author (Who wrote another SuperMystery and five digests).

According to this article, her name is Ellen Steiber. You can find her website here, although there's no mention of Nancy Drew or the Hardy Boys:

No idea who the Hardy Boys ghostwriter is though, all the book says is that he "Wrote several Hardy Boys".

Thanks for the information. I get the feeling that the Hardy Boys and Nancy Drew ghostwriters may be "sworn to secrecy" in a way, in order to preserve the mythology of the illustrious and prolific careers of Franklin W. Dixon and Carolyn Keene. ;) 8)

This is actually covered on page 83 and 84 of Rediscovering Nancy Drew Drew

Slightly off topic, but it should be noted that we only know one ghostwriter of UB and GD era books, George Edward Stanley. He wrote the GD books, "Stop the Clock" and "Framed". He also wrote several HB and ND Digests. Two of his HB books are infamous, but the only book I read by him was the Nancy Drew Digest "No Strings Attached", which despite being slow paced, was an enjoyable read.

No UB ghostwriters have revealed their identities. I suspect  that one of the reasons for this is that a few of them are writing the Adventures series, so keeping their identities secret still matters to them.

Apparently George Edward Stanley died back in 2011 from an aneurysm, so that may be why his information has come out; one of his kids or family members may have released the info.
