I kind of like Lindsay too (at least in Shhhhh!) but I think I would stick to more of the "original" characters.
I geuss it would be treason if someone in the IIC voted for someone else.

Phil's allways been one of the minor chums. However he features promentily in #149 Chase for the Mystery Twister, where he uses his computer skills to track tornados after joining a tornado watching team in tornado alley.

Yeah, Phil managed to appear in 3 straight stories, although his degree of involvement varies to where he is in most of the story, to where he only shows up within the last 5 chapters of the book.
