Why does England need their own covers if its so similar?

Okay, here's a fairly random selection of British Casefiles cover art from my collection:

Drag the covers up to the address bar of your browser and release them to see the full-size images.

Ian.

Sweet I didn't know you could do that.

I recognize these covers as having been released back between 2000 and 2003, during Simon & Schuster UK's Secret Code contest.

And these are from the early 90's and Armada, I believe.

And, of course, this is from 2006.

Thanks for the covers, Ian. I must say, that Brother Against Brothers cover isn't very exciting.

It doesn't look as good as the one we're used to.

Also the boys on the Brother Against Brother cover look like they are only 12 years old, instead of the late-teen/early-adult look of the Hardy's on the American covers.

That's yet another thing I wanted to say.

The Hardys look a bit too old on the Casefiles, though.  I'm not complaining - just pointed that out.

But at least they look and act their age in the Casefiles.
