Phil's allways been one of the minor chums. However he features promentily in #149 Chase for the Mystery Twister, where he uses his computer skills to track tornados after joining a tornado watching team in tornado alley.

Phil is also prominent in Digest #93 The Serpent's Tooth Mystery.  Plus he also plays a fairly significant part in #80 Dead of Night.
VHS, S-VHS, Super Betamax, Mini DV, MicroMV, Betacam SP, U-Matic SP - NTSC/PAL/SECAM.  All transferred to DVD!

And The Crisscross Crime. Also, I think Phil might be in more Casefiles than Biff.

Yeah, Phil managed to appear in 3 straight stories, although his degree of involvement varies to where he is in most of the story, to where he only shows up within the last 5 chapters of the book.

"Hey! Don't do that here. You'll mess up my bedspread."
Rolling his eyes, Joe sat on the window sill and started sawing.
"Thank you, Joe."
"You're welcome, Martha Stewart."

Q is short for QT. You know because QT is too long.

PS. Is QT susposta sound like "Cutey."
