I recall this episode as being pretty good. It just occurred to me that this episode bears some similarities to "The Mystery of King Tut's Tomb" episode of the 1970s The Hardy Boys/Nancy Drew Mysteries, what with both of them involving the Hardys recovering a woman's stolen property at a street vendor's stall. Perhaps the writers of the '90s show were influenced some by the '70s show?
