Description
This man has green eyes and white curly hair. Although he is not really a relative of the Hardy Boys, this good and older friend of Fenton Hardy was called "uncle" by the boys early in their lives and the title has since stayed with them.

Hugh and Fenton had known each other in the Army during a war in Southeast Asia.  According to Agent Starkey, Hugh had recruited Fenton to work for Military Intelligence.  Since that time, Hugh started his own insurance company, Transmutual Indemnity. He retired just a couple years before the events of Casefile #6.

He supposedly owns a condo in San Francisco.
