Description
A mob chief that had been nabbed by Fenton Hardy and Samuel Peterson during their first years as cops.  He had been extremely overweight.  He use to have bulges of skin that rolled over his shirt collar.  He was convicted and sentence to 23 years in prison.  He was released a year before the events in Casefile #5.  He is now in his 50s and stands at 6 and a half feet tall, and now is built as like a body builder.  His head is shaved but his chest hair is salt and pepper colored.
