Description
American Teens Against Crime, also known as ATAC, is an organization cofounded by Fenton Hardy.   Joe and Frank Hardy were the very first two agents in ATAC.

ATAC would send the Hardy boys mission details on a video game disc. The disc reformats itself into a music CD after it has been viewed.  There is a secret handshake that only members know. The hand shake goes like this... Two hard up-and-down shakes followed by a wrist grab, then a fist touch, and then finally one last up-and-down shake.

The FBI has at least on one occasion relied on ATAC to solve a case.
