Description
Vijay Patel is a trainee for ATAC. Frank and Joe were the first ATAC agents Vijay had ever met. He had been with ATAC for about a year by Mission #4.

Although Vijay is originally from Calcutta, India, he moved with his family to the United States when he was 12 years old. He appears very good at lying and works as mission coordinator with the police. He has not had a chance to do any big-time undercover work yet.
